I am an engineer, PhD, and founder and CEO of Risolviamo s.r.l. I provide vision, a structured approach and accountability for every engagement; my team brings the right skills to design and deliver the right solution. When we support a client’s ICT leadership, we also help their people develop.
I am Gianluca Cumani, an engineer with a PhD in Computer and Systems Engineering. Since 2004, I have led Risolviamo s.r.l., the company I founded. I combine technical expertise, executive leadership and business perspective to help corporate clients make sound decisions and carry them through to delivery.
My personal involvement ensures expertise, attention and quality throughout each engagement. Risolviamo is the contractual and operational partner: a coordinated, multidisciplinary team that designs and delivers the best solution for each client’s circumstances. I work through my company, not as an independent contractor.
From defining objectives and architecture through development and go-live, we lead complex projects with a team shaped around each engagement.

Every project starts by listening to the client and defining clear objectives. I personally oversee key decisions, coordination and quality, while my team contributes the necessary expertise without imposing off-the-shelf solutions. In ICT leadership engagements, we also strengthen the organisation through methods, clear responsibilities and knowledge transfer so that the client’s people become increasingly autonomous.
